The church of Leo, the sun god
For three generations have we prayed,The church of Leo is an authoritarian empire with Leo, the god of the religion, being the Emperor. It is still technically a church altho it far surpasses the sizes of any other religion in the world. It is located in the central area of the main continent.

At the top sits Leo, who makes the important choices.
Followed are three Enlighteneds, priests serving right under Leo.

Culture
Everyone spreads the good name of Leo, a just god and ruler, most believing it with their hearts, but there are a few that fear the god and his fanatic followers. If a person speaks openly against Leo, while in Leoneses, it is seen as herasy and punishment ranges from being sent to the Darl lands to, in extreme cases, being sacrificed.
History
The story of Leoneses goes as follows...
there once was a noname village that was constantly being pillaged and attacked. They, weak and hungry preyed upon the Decadis, for a strong just leader, to lead them out of the darkness. What came was a knight clad in golden armor shining like a rising sun, proclaiming that he has heard the words of the people and that he shall help. The next time bandits attacked, Leo gave his followers each a blessing. Marching in front Leo led his followers into battle, blinding all who did not follow him. It is said that Leo did not trike any person directly, he merely distracted them, while his followers did the rest.
Word soon spread about a god walking amongst men, many didn't believe the rumors and attacked Leo and his followers, after seeing that they cannot lay a scratch on him they were at swordpoint, some chose death, others begged to join the Sun god, and those whose words were told truthfully were accepted into the religion. With time bigger and bigger powers wanted to stop this quickly growing nation and religion, but no matter what the chances might have seen (1:1 ; 1:2 ; 1:10) they always surprised the enemy with their undying loyalty to the god and their burning passion to make him proud. And so the fallen nations and kingdoms were taken into the now called Leoneses until no power dared to challenge the God who did not need to spill blood to win his battles, and from that point on Leoneses has been in its golden-age, where new cultural hights are being made in art, religion, architecture and many more places of work.
