Fall of Oveny and Desertion

Military action

Oveny's fortifications had been brutally opened by the ingenious actions of young Braise Forja of Fortern. After brutal fighting on the opening, countless bodies had amassed where the wall once stood. The Forternian armies purposely retreated for the night, which inspired some of the Demon defenders to use the opportunity to escape.   A small infight began. Two entrenched Armuth units tried to flee while the rest of their colleagues tried to restrain them. But the deserters walked on the corpses on the wall and escaped anyway, fleeing cluelessly towards the North-East.
