Mor Natar Beast-Seeker

Demon Lord Natar Mor (a.k.a. "Beast-Seeker")

"Just send the critters and let enjoy my sun..."
Mor Natar, asking the Lord-Empreror to leave him alone.
Second oldest of the Three Demon Lords in the Demon Empire. A cynical and spiteful individual who happened to be on the wrong side of a massacre more than once. Natar hates people, including Demons, and especially the Mako Clan who made fun of him before his evolution to Lordship. He'd much rather spend time taming big monsters, "They're better listeners and noone complains if I kill them." according to him.

Personal history

Mor Natar was born as part of the main branch of the Mor Clan, a powerful Demon family who own the frontier city-state of Mor Toith. But he wasn't born in his ancestor's land. He was born from a Demonesss mercenary, a daughter of a clan-member who refused to leave the conquered land after the Empire retreated. She had him in the Rossan Valid Dukedom, a Human realm with more tolerant views on other races. However, some tensions with local xenophobes ended up costing his mother's life, and Natar was raised in an orphanage until he managed to evolve into a Hellion. Growing up in the then prosperous Dukedom, Natar became a notorious adventurer with talent for taming and hunting the few monsters that threatened the realm. This easy life didn't last long either.   In 506, after surviving the rampage of the Five Beasts in the Dukedom, Natar fled north all the way through the Eastern Realms. Some say he rode on the back of Monsters who wee so spooked by the Beasts that they didn't stop running for five days. Whatever the case, after surviving his journey back to the Demon Empire, the Eastern-raised Demon was greeted like an outsider by his clan. His real friends wee the monsters he brought with him. Natar entered Carsil on a daily basis, fulfilling requests like a Demon possessed and coming back with materials of powerful monsters, twenty years after starting his new carier, he evolved into a Demon Lord. His clan changed their tune and began to beg him to join their side. This did not please Natar, who turned his back on his family.   Soon after these evolutions, Natar left the clan's city-state in search of more interesting monsters to tame. The new Demon Lord had become so famous however that he ended new settlement far south of Tal Shoth, one he refused to name after him like traditions would have it. It simply became the City of Beasts, and became an attractive spot for monster-tamers from all ove the Verdeant Steppes.   Fed up with his clan's begging, Natar agreed to have a child to satisfy their will. He coupled with an anonymous Archdemoness at Mor Toith's Breeding-Citadel for a few weeks, clearing the surroundings of monsters to pass the time. A son, Mor Banir, was born in 526 and the unfazed Natar promptly abandonned him to the Breeding-Citadel and his clan's malice, never looking back.   In 532, Mor Natar gathered the men and beasts he had recruited and launched a great assault into the Carsil Forest.Three years later, he had actually managed to carve a peaceful chunk of the cursed forest and sold it to woodmakers and peasants. they who paid handsomely for the priviledge and Natar could now take a break and simply defend his hard earned spot in the world. He has moved much since, guarding the South-East of the Empire for twenty years with nothing ticking his interest. Rumors of supersoldiers that could grow up to be monsters did reach his ears however, and the cynical Demon Lord started plotting anew.

History

Out of every Demons in the Empire, those Mor Natar can respect can be counted on the fingers of two hands. If you had to guess which one's the thumb, it would obviously be Emperor Paveth. The young monarch is strongest individual of the Empire. A monster of a Demon, stuck to a throne, but far from dull. Mor Natar respects power in its purest form, plus having the Emperor as a friend reassured Natar's companions.   The two of them met before Paveth's coronation, as a request from the future Emperor to test his strength against the monster-slaying Demon of the South. The battle lasted so long that the two obviously became friends. Natar had found an equal that didn't lie or fear him, while Paveth had found a great sparing partner. Should the Emperor call fo help, perhaps the Beastseeker might answer. That is, if he has nothing better to do.
