Glow-Steel Lights

A luminous brand of metal made by mixing poor metal with phosphorescent stones. The material was devised by the Dwarves how wished to light their caves. They already posessed candles and phosphorescent rocks, and attempted to dillute the minerals with other metals to spare costs. The perfect mix aeabled them to produce a maleable and cheap blend that could shine in the dark for half a day after enough time spent in the sun.   Mass produced by dwarves, those stones are extremely useful to light up the interiors without consumming torches. In Orbido, where forest are nests to monsters, wood is a dangerous resource to come by, making these stones very appreciate.

Utility

Used to shine hallways, rooms and the likes during the night. Cannot serve as street lights. Originally employed in mining complexes and to entertain children.

Manufacturing

The exact mix and the blending process are diffcult to establish for the majority of cultures but the dwarven realms. Just like producing steel and other alloys, high temperature and basic materials are required to manufacture the product. It takes three days of to finalise the Glow-Steel slab, its materials are available near mountainous regions and near the coastlines.

Inventor unknown. Technology rumored to originate from a lost miner who launched stones and iron into a pit of lava.
Access & Availability
Common, the Blunter and Gurdy Dwarves hold the recipes and the distributions. The providers are all connected to a dwarven peddler in some degre.

The idea is simple, but the application isn't.
