A happy-go-lucky Dwarven warrior protecting Pyörfana. Makes friend with everyone. Secretly smart. Always accompanied by his twin brother Adolf Dorionof.
Alrof has been the best friend and guide of Adolf from the very beginning, even as toddlers. Adolf is more careful yet just as cheerful as twin brother. He likes standing to his right when guarding something.

Personal history
Alrof and Adolf were born in a merchant family from the eldest daughter's affair with a warrior. Though unwanted by the merchant family, the warrior's family decided to adopt the pair as they were strong and the Dorionof had no children to speak of. They were born in a difficult delivery, and while Alrof exited his mother with no breath to speak of, though he recovered and survived the experience. The pair proved healthy enough to dispel superstition as time passed and became the prde of their new family.
Alrof is so fond of his brother that he accompanied and protected him throughout most of his life, with very few exceptions. Some might say the pair has grown interdependent, though they don't seem to mind yet. Born under the Dorionof family name, they grew to be warriors like their father and joined the Blunterese army at a young age. They were decent soldiers, but categorically refused to be assigned on different posts. This lead the to join an expedition to the west of the Blunter Range where soldiers of any origin were needed, with decent pay and a bit of prestige despite the dangerous assignement. They bid farewell to their parents and set out. For the past three years they have been a reliable militia for this outpost, later named Pyörfana. With no Adventurer's Guild present yet, they were critical in helping repel monsters from the walls and save caravans as they approach the city/outpost. As men at arms under Sergeant Shrek, Alrof and Adolf distinguished themselves and were each assigned a squad to defend the outpost. Adolf now defending the west, and Alrof the east. They usually remain at their guarding post together at the gates for familiarity's sake, but they are still the second highest ranked officiers of the city. They have maintained good relations with Freikla Mit and her friend, , who supply the militia with exotic wares and decent supplies. The twins have grown fond of the girl, and consider leaving their post once the Kingdom of Blunter starts taking the outpost seriously and send more competent army men to replace them.

Motivation
Alrof's main drive is to protect his dear brother, but Alrof does so without preventing Adolf from doing what he loves, which is fighting to protect people. Alrof joined the Guardsmen of Blunter at the same time as his sibling both to follow the family tradition and keep close to his sibling. While on duty, Alrof made sure to counsel his brother in every decision, a counsel Aolf oftenly followed per his undying trust in his wise twin brother. The two of them still find time to be happy and play games even in their adult age. Their strength of arm is unfaltered by their desire to stay together until the end of their days.
