Ice Hockey

Within the United North American States, this indoor sport remains widely popular in the former Canadian Provinces and quite a few US cities. Understandably, Mexico did not initially have the infrastructure to support widespread Ice Hockey, but once many cities surpassed the million person mark, a few of them found it economically viable to build the necessary climate controlled indoor arenas, an especially welcome respite in the hotter regions. The National Hockey League standard rules have changed very little since the 21st century. Since most Canadian cities survived the war, their NHL franchises are likewise intact.
