Phoenix-Queen Nákhira Rangatir'peléa (born 29 December Y1010) is an Orokhim Druid who currently holds the throne of the Phoenix Regnant. She ascended to the throne after defeating the Sisters of Sorrow in the Battle of the Ignan Throne.

Early Life and Discoveries
Nákhira was born at the far edge of the Western Woods, within the druidic circle that would someday become the Circle of the Crown-Fire Keepers (then called the Circle of Wildfire). From a young age, she was independent and curious. She explored as much of the far western territory as she could, using her powerful eidetic memory to map the region more accurately than had ever been done before. At 19 years of age, she discovered the Feywild portal at the center of the Crown-Fire Grove by befriending the peléan Nymph commune that guards it. While the rest of the Circle of Wildfire slowly gained the trust and guidance of the peléans, debates at the Kháivara Conclave raged for session after session over whether or not Nákhira was too young to become a Rangatira. After many years serving the Crown-Fire Keepers and being an active member in the Conclave (infamous for starting fierce debates), Nákhira decided to finally set foot in the Feywild after guarding its portal for so long. She traveled through until eventually leaving a portal and ending up in the Aquatic Kingdoms, where she saw first-hand the destruction caused by the Froghemoth of Sona. She joined forces with Julien Hawthorne and several other adventurers, later known as the Froghemoth Five, to defeat the monster in Y1053.Ascent to the Phoenix Throne
Nákhira eventually semi-retired from adventuring, and returned to the Circle and the Conclave. Only when Sir Julien himself traveled to the Western Woods to personally ask her to join him to defeat the Sisters of Sorrow did she agree to perform this one final mission. After the Battle of the Ignan Throne, she came to realize that the Sisters of Sorrow had personally sought out and destroyed the vulcan druidic circles of the Obsidian Cove, the nearby temples of the fire gods, and any family line that had produced a Sorcerer with power over fire. She realized she had no choice but to claim the throne herself, or the island would be without a leader. Today, Nákhira dedicates her life not only to leading the island of Malakar, but to reforming the lost Druid circles of the island and adopting or mentoring as many pyromancer sorcerers as she can find.
