The Fang of Brekyd
The Fang of Brekyd, also known as the Black Fang, is a shadow organization dedicated to the revival of the Draconic Empires of Onvilia. Discarding all ties to their homes, families, and nationalities, the Fang of Brekyd reaches all across Onvilia in search of power and allies to achieve this goal.
This organization has been active in the world for just over a decade, having been found out by political organizations in both the Astington Empire and the Voskeau Magocracy, but snuffing them out has not been as successful. Due to their high ambitions but low capabilities, both nations of Onvilia have considered pursuing such groups as a wasted effort, believing themselves to be of no threat to either nation, while still keeping an eye on them.
Just over a year ago, however, the group has become much more active, and far more successful in their endeavours thanks in large part to their new leadership in Nhirur Zakhei, a powerful tiefling sorcerer who came out of nowhere and climbed the ranks of the Fangs, earning himself the title of Aiseirigh, or the Resurrecter. Under Nhirur Zakhei's leadership, the Fangs have begun taking leaps and bounds towards their goal, even going as far as to start investigating old Zoshau ruins, and even finding new ones themselves, finding powerful arcane artifacts that the group believes can be used to bring the dead dragons back to life.
One such artifact was brought to light by a strange adventuring group found in the ruins of Karsa, where they were apprehended by the Claret Order of the Empire. This group claims to have been within one of these ruins with the Fang when they found an intact Mythalar, before it was broken and a massive, shadowy figure hidden in mist was released and absorbed by a tiefling client they were working for. Suspicions are being investigated to know if this tiefling was Nhirur Zakhei, and what this shadowy creature could be, but fears and speculations are starting to rise that believe that this party of adventurers witnessed Nhirur Zakhei signing a pact with some dark creature, increasing his power and his group's capabilities.
Structure
With the small number of followers the Fang of Brekyd has, their group's structure is quite simple. At the top of the group is the Aiseirigh, the Resurrecter. Beneath him are the few capable individuals he has claimed as Suils, his Eyes, and each Suil leads a small group of dedicated individuals known only as the rank of Fangs.
