Holder
Holders are the holy leaders of each Tomb within The Umbra. There are currently six Holders, each one representing a different sin of humanity. They are known to be dangerous, influential people whom follow the will of their gods. The seventh Holder, the Holder Of Gluttony, has gone missing after the destruction of the Tomb Of Gluttony; with the other Holders currently in debate on what to do with this situation, presuming him dead or worse.
Qualifications
Those who are selected as Holders must indulge in the sin within the Tomb that they live under, discarding their humanity in reverence for their sin. Alongside this, they must pledge allegiance to the ruling gods of The Umbra; specifically to Kholod. Once they are ready, they must be initiated with a ritual.
Requirements
The current Holder that resides over a Tomb must be close to the end of their life for one to become a new Holder. When a Holder suddenly dies before a heir is chosen, the other Holders are to come together to pick a member of the Tomb who fits the role for being a Holder.
Appointment
To become a Holder, along with being selected for the role by the current Holder after fulfilling the qualifications for it, the current Holder must pass away. Once that is done, the selected Holder must be brought to the Temple that the former Holder resided in to be initiated through a ritual known as the 'Embracement'. The new Holder is to be locked into a dark room for a week, alone; with no communication. After that, they are to be restrained and have a finger on their left and right hand removed. Finally, an emblem that represents a certain aspect relating to the gods that The Umbra represent is to be burned onto their chest. If the selected Holder survives with his sanity at-least partly intact, they shall become a new Holder. They shall be given a specially designed mask that shall represent them from the day forth, a mask with six eye-holes on it.
Responsibilities
Holders are to uphold the beliefs and teachings of their gods, and to uphold the sins that their Tombs represent. They are often the ones to indoctrinate others into the cult. Whenever The WorldForge occurred, at-least up until 2017, a selected Holder would be present along with a small group of cultists to spread the word of their group, as well as sell various trinkets and artifacts that they have.
Benefits
They are to be respected by all those who live in the Tombs, and are free to practice these sins however they wish. Depending on the sin that they represent, this can range from being indulging in chaotic and destructive impulsive (Wrath Robbing the less fortunate and those within other regions of America of their Cigarettes and valuables (Greed or engaging in long, elicit nights of debauchery and fornication (Lust). Alongside this, the Holders are given plenty of guardsmen and servants to be with them within the capital of their Tombs. Some have reported that the Holders are able to commune with the gods that The Umbra worships, though this is heavily disputed.

Oh I don't like the sound of these guys. It's interesting that they have to be the embodiment of their sins.
