Omnia

Millennia ago, during the Eternal War, a powerful mage named Umidum unleashed Mortem, the God of Death, upon the world of Omnia. Mortem devastated the planet on a scale never before seen, causing an apocalyptic extinction event for all the races of Omnia.   Only after the Eternals themselves descended onto Omnia to fight Mortem did the war end. Mortem was forever sealed deep into the core of the planet, but the damage was already done.   The lands were reformed into new continents, and billions perished. The races of Omnia have managed to rebuild from that tragedy over the centuries, but many magics and technology are still lost, much of the world is still unmapped, and war still rages on Omnia.
