Crod

Crod Almighty

Written by Brendan Gasparin

Crodite texts claim Crod to be creator of the universe, Om, and humanity. His followers believe him to be omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, and omnibenevolent. The Crodicle and other religious texts describe Crod as male but otherwise inhuman, an incomprehensibly complex and interconnected series of moving parts, and a force of supreme creation and goodness.   The god of evil, Xar, is often presented as a nemesis of Crod by Crodites. Most Crodites assume that Xar is a creation of Crod that either turned against his master or was unleashed to test humanity according to some unknown divine plan of Crod's.
