An absolutely gigantic nation the size of modern-day europe, with 3 main elevations, which represent the class separation within the world. The lowest one, Hell, is for criminals, the homeless, and the poor. The middle, Elysium, is for the more fortunate, wealthy, and law-abiding citizens. The top, Cosmos, is for the rulers of the world to abide in. It is said that they descened from gods.
About 90% of the population has some sort of weird genetic mutation, allowing people to do wonderous things, like lifting ojects several times their weight, or control a certain element. The poeple who don't have any mutations are usually isolated individuals whos families regressed from society long ago.
