An inconspicuous looking mushroom that grows only in the craters left in the great destruction.

Consuming Dream Fungus

  Eating these mushrooms may cause the consumer to go into a dreamlike state, with delayed reactions, slurred speech and hallucinations.

If consumed, a 1D6 must be rolled to determine the effects.

For every bite of mushroom eaten, the duration of any effects is extended by an hour.

# Effects
1 Mild drowsiness.
Duration: 1hr.

• No initiative bonus if rolled in the next hour.
2 Slurred speech and delayed reactions.
Duration: 1hr.

• No initiative bonus if rolled in the next hour.
• Disadvantage on spell attack and/or damage rolls on spells that require the use of speech.
3 Minor hallucinations: Positive Experience.
Duration: 2hr.

No initiative bonus if rolled in the next 2 hours.
• Disadvantage on spell attack and/or damage rolls on spells that require the use of speech.
• Disadvantage on stealth checks for yourself, and any allies within 25ft of you.
• Disadvantage on insight and perception checks.
• Inspiration points are worth double during this time. (Using or giving to allies, e.g., bardic inspiration)
• Advantage on charisma and performance checks.
• Advantage on friendship or companionship related spells, e.g. friendship, talk to animals, messenger.
4 Minor hallucinations: Negative Experience.
Duration: 2hr.

• No initiative bonus if rolled in the next 2 hours.
• Disadvantage on spell attack and/or damage rolls on spells that require the use of speech.
• Disadvantage on stealth checks for yourself, and any allies within 25ft of you.
• Disadvantage on insight and perception checks.
• Disadvantage on any Sanity or Power checks.
• Any creature using intimidation methods against you will gain advantage.
5 Major hallucinations.
Duration: 3hr.

• Automatic 1 on initiative if rolled in the next 3 hours, with no initiative bonus.
• Automatic fail on stealth checks.
• Automatic fail on insight and perception checks.
• Disadvantage on stealth checks for allies within 25ft of you.
• Disadvantage on spell attack and/or damage rolls on spells that require the use of speech.

Roll 1d4: Odds = Positive Experience, Evens = Negative Experience.
Add effects as per 3 & 4.
6 No effects.
