A evil mischievous fey princess of the winter court, a ruler of a small corner of the fey wilds and always eager to kidnap young children, corrupt women into becoming hags and feasting on the hearts of mortals.

Tenets of Faith

Warlocks

If you have made a contract with the Mother of Hags to become one of her warlocks, a sacrifice made with the heart of a innocents hearts is needed. And once you have made a contract she will rarely ask of you anything, except that any of her daughters you come across shall be allowed one request that does not endanger you and on every winter solstice a tribute shall be presented to her.

Druids

Many druids and hags to be worship her, presenting gifts and sacrifices so she will grant her boons over the forest they live in. A sacrifice shall always be performed on a full moon when the vale between the fey world and the material plane is at it's weakest.

Motivation

She wishes nothing more than to get revenge for her twin brothers death. A death that was dealt to him by the human god of death Bulraahn eons ago. She exacts her revenge by sending her minions forth unto the human lands, having them create havoc in the small settlements and have them perform ancient sacrificial rituals using kidnapped young ones.
