This is the bustling hub of Echo's Marketplace, filled with all manner of merchants and mercantile stands. Some of them are rotating spots for various travelling merchants and some are long-standing structures such as the tavern and inn (The Serpents Spine Inn), stables, and apothecary shop. There is a 'food court' of a sort towards the rear of the market with rotating food vendors and space for people to sit with their acquisitions and relax.
