Intro to the Creeping Dark

However perfect Odd Haven seems, nothing can hide from corruption forever. In recent centuries, edges of the island have started crumbling and rotting away into shadow. The movement of the "Creeping Dark" is slow but still threatening. The inhabitants attempt to gather and find ways to stop it, but two different solutions emerge. Some believe that physically breaking the areas off from the land with their combined various magic and technology will fix it. Others say traveling to outside worlds in seeking for help is the answer. Both have their own risks, one threatens the stability and fertility of the island, the other gambles the sense of home and lives the people have finally found.
