The Main Language of Octania (since the Aquins are the main species of Octania)

It is really, really, really hard to explain how to learn a language in here, so I might try to add things later, but maybe not. I'm sorry, but it's a language even more complicated than English, and that's saying something!

It is spoken by the Aquins, who live underneath the ocean floor of Octania, and they have always spoken it.
