Chips

Chips are the primary currency in Orbios. There are usually three values of chips in each culture and each are worth ten denominations of the previous value
The values from least to greatest are:
Eshalla/ Shaira: Red Chips, Green Chips, Blue Chips
Bahmaria: Emerald Chips, Diamond Chips, Opal Chips, Dawnstone Chips
Juspia: One Cuts, Two Cuts, Three Cuts



The are typically made of thin pieces of coloured rock but vary depending on what region you are in. The two largest variations in chips are in Bahmaria, where the chips have small gems in the center, and in Juspia, where the chips are all the same shape and colour but have vertical cuts through the center.

Manufacturing process

The Shale required is mined at Storms Break. They are then cut, coloured, and shipped to the appropriate region. Once they arrive at their final destination, they are then minted by that regions government. In Bahmaria, they will attach the gems to their chips during the minting process.
