Haven

Located in the Southern Metro is the capital of the UMS, a massive outpost that holds the main bulk of the UMS forces and law only shared slightly in like with their embassy within Core city. However Haven is a well-guarded and in their terms "Sanctuary" of the metro. Held in line by the unions law and piece and maintained and protected by the massive border gates that surround it protecting it from unwanted entry.
Haven is reserved primarily for the most trusted of benefactors and Citizens of Union territory only and is largely regarded by Northeners as a pompous pipe dream.
