Vulture Lineage
The Vulture lineage of the Half-elves descend from the Condor tribe of elves. Like them, they worship the desert and the mountains. Some of them can be found working in cities, fields or mines, but those are few: most Vultures try to escape from any chain you put on them, and they prefer live as outlaws in the plateaus of the Tableland to any other lifestyle. They are really hard to capture as slaves or criminals, since they don't mind committing suicide before falling to their captors or revealing the hideout of their counterparts.

FREEDOM OR DEATH
Some Vulture half-elves might end up in mines as slaves, but most Vultures resist servitude or imprisonment for crime with fierceness, and they don't fear commiting suicide in order to keep their freedom intact.
Tribal Tradition rules: a Vulture half-elf character will always try to find an escape route to any situation of oppression or imprisonment. If it can't find any, it will try to commit suicide by attacking itself (ignore the AC during this auto-attack). Surviving the auto-attack will not be considered a violation of this tradition, but it would feel just as shameful. Not trying to do it, however, will be considered a violation of this Tradition, and the character will risk to become Tainted.
Subracial traits
Escape artists: your are proficent in Survival and Deception. Imitating their elven branch, Vultures are quite resilient, and having to flee from slavers and guards has given them a lot of experience.
