The Western Tribe
Beyond the No-Sea, a traveler who wanders north would find the Wall Mountains, with their dark forests surrounding them, with the sound of contless streams and waterfalls. Then, if he continues north, it will find the Painted Plateau, where the mountains turn red, pink and yellow, and water hides under the rocks. These two territories are the homelands of the Wester Tribe of the nunnehi, the tribe of the water gnomes.
Whether they live close to the coast, in the birth of a river or inside a subterranean lake, the Western Tribe is always found where water dwells. They love storms, the sound of the running water and the shape of the waves. Those who had encountered them tell that they are playful, joyful and more open than the rest of the nunnehi, but they are not less mysterious. Some of them always speak on riddles, others speak with water animals sounds and others don't speak at all. Some of them even have features of water creatures, like yellowish eyes, otter-like body fur or even webs between fingers.

THOU SHALT BE ONE WITH THE WATER
Western nunnehi love anything that comes from the water. They fight fiercely against those who pollute water reserves, and they become near-mad when seafood or fish is near. However, their most strange traidition by far is that they oblige themselves to take a bath once a day. And they treat it just like if they could become dehydrated if they don't do so.
Tribal tradition rules: Western nunnehi characters won't pass more than one day without bathing himself in water. Not doing this because of lack of water (like in a dungeon or in the desert) won't be considered a violation of this tradition. However, not doing this when there's enough water will be considered a violation of the tradition and the character will risk to become tainted.
