The Eastern Tribe

The Eastern nunnehi are the most known between their people, but not many had deal with them. Some legends between the traders of the Tableland tell about groves of maples and willows full of animals, or about subterranean cities full of treasures built under great mounds. In all of those tales, they talk about a tribe of people who always sing, always dance, and always tell stories of wisdom, but they always do so hidden.   Why the Eastern nunnehi flee from the strangers is because the invasions to their homelands. The tales of their wealth and wisdom has drove many to their secret hideouts, and many have suffered greatly because of the avarice of the other races. Many groves and mounds have become lost or abandoned, while they constructed new in their wake. Maybe all the groves and mounds of the Great Plains are now empty, but there are new groves and mounds in the Woody Mountains and in the Stronghold Lands. And they protect those new homes fiercely.
