Owl Elves

Owl elves prefer to move during night, rather than hunting under the sun, as the rest of the elven tribes do. They are considered the most dangerous elven tribe, as they always attack under the cover of darkness, silent and deadly. These black-haired elves, who paint circles around their eyes, are excellent assassins and can work as great scouts and hirelings... If you can gain their trust.

HUNT AT NIGHT, SLEEP DURING DAY
While the rest of the elves tend to run to the top of a tree as soon as night falls, Owl elves come down from the trees as soon as twilight starts. During the rest of the day, they sleep.
Tribal Tradition rules: an Owl elf character should only get its eight hours of rest to renew Spells Slots and Hit Dice during daytime, not during night. Not doing so will be considered a violation of the Tradition and the character can become Tainted.

Ability score increase: Your Wisdom score increase by 1.
Mask of the night:: You can attempt to hide even when you are only lightly obscured by foliage, heavy rain, falling snow, mist, and other natural phenomena.
Owl weapon training: You are proficient with the shortbow, the longbow and the throwing axe
