North-Eastern Avalon
North-Eastern Avalon is the least populated area of Avalon. It is home to the college of Biryon on the Krynian border, and the Lost Jungle, a perilous place where some never return. Additionally, the dwarven ruins of Mithron'dil lay here. The once glorious dwarven kingdom was abandoned due to the curse of ages that was brought upon 1000 years ago. The curse of ages was a plague that left the Eastern islands barren. It happened when the powerful titan Kronos was sealed in a tomb on one of the islands, after he was defeated in the calamity. The dwarves suspected that this was a curse from Kronos, and it was an omen of his catacylismic return, so they migrated South to take residence in the mountains there. Before the dwarves left, the Crimsonian Empire, ordered that they build a bastion to fend off the evil that may spread to the mainland. So, the dwarves, the people of Lawgate and some builders from the West banded together to build it. And still today, the Last Bastion stands on the horizon, keeping whatever is on those forsaken isles at bay. Now, Mithron'dil is now a home of plunderers, bandits and monsters whom have located themselves there. Mithron'dil, on the surface, may seem abandoned, but the true threat is below, in the mountains.
