In an attempt to sever the lengthy land border between the Kingdom of Navara and the Vintian Imperium, the Queen of Vintia Antoinette Von Riasi pass an Imperial Decree for the contraction of a wall.
The structure would be the ongest mortal made structure ever built and would require an entire generation worth of resources to complete. Under the cover of the ghosts and specters that now hunt the Roxmore Planes and the the Blackfields, carpenters blacksmiths and masons began to move their stocks and send their apprentices to set up workshops.
