Agustin Andor was the founder of the Andorian Church and is believed to once be an avatar of the the god Rhaan.
Agustin was the first, and last wielder of both the Crown of Light and Rha'darin.
He vanished without a trace after the battle of the Second Sun, supposed to return by the Andorian Church's scriptures, or presumed dead to many others, notably in the Vintian Imperium.
