Alourod
At midnight, to find the Alaurod constellation is easy. You find the black moon, then the white moon. Find the space in between the two, then go straight down. You will find the waterfall constellation. Alourod(Waterfall in elvish) is a constellation made up of 14 stars. The names of these stars in order of size are Stri, Veeh, Jiug, Avifloah, Mosta, Gihla, Itheoclux, Tramme, Elane, Stor, Namath, Tur, Nenar, and Multe. The waterfall starts at the top with Elane, then curves downward to Veeh; Multe and Stor make up the rocks at the bottom, then it curves back up to Mosta and reconnects to Elane. These stars were connected to form a shape vaguely resembling a waterfall.
Religion
Followers of Phanja believe she created this constellation to bring beauty to the cosmos. At the end of each month, flocks of Phanjites kneel in the grass and pray the Alourod constellation, hoping for a month of nature roaming free, with no interference from cities. So do not be alarmed if you pass a park and see hundreds of genuflecting on the grass and muttering under their breaths.History
While of course, no one knows who discovered the constellation, most guesses point to it being an elf who named it. The name comes from the elvish words Alu(Water) and Ourod(cliff). Phanja formally claimed the constellation as her own sometime later, although some who don't worship her believe that she had no influence on the creation of Alourod and just claimed the constellation based on her worshippers.
Navigation
The Alourod constellation has shepherded many a sailor lost at sea. Veeh is a useful star for sailors as it always points south. The way most boaters find this star is the distinctive Alourod constellation. These navigators normally find the Stri star first, then work their way down to Veeh.
