Arbiter is the seventh in a long line of High Priest to rule over the Church of Aurelius. Leading the church without ego or remorse, Arbiter does what he must to ensure the survival of mankind.

Personal history

The seventh in a line of Augustine's, Arbiter was born a the wealthy family in the second ring of Thraven. His family was, and is, extremely religious, with his entire paternal line haven been the previous High Priest of Thraven. As such, Arbiter was quickly indoctrinated into the Church of Aurelius and rapidly climbed the ranks of leadership. Becoming a bishop before he reached 25, Arbiter wielded considerable power at a relatively young age.
In 828 when his father died, Arbiter was elected to the position of High Priest, continuing the ancient tradition that the first Arbiter Augustine had started. As the first Arbiter Augustine did, Arbiter Augustine IIIX has considered the mass execution of non-humans. With the power to deem anyone who does not comply to the Church’s order a heretic (a fate worse than death), Arbiter wields considerable power, serving as judge, jury and executioner for the State.
