Dragon’s Fire Gauntlet

The order of the sacred flame have created many powerful weapons and armaments to protect their dragon eggs and religious sites. When one of their warriors falls in battled they are entombed with their weapons and armor. Of course anyone who can fell one of these warriors soon becomes a target of the entire order and does not survive very long, although some have managed to tell of their quest before meeting a fiery end. Meaning that legends and rumours of the order and their tombs have lingered in the world.
It is these rumours that King Jergintarth of Stonebia latched onto in his quest to find dragon eggs. He sent teams throughout the world to find the order, of which few returned, fewer of those returned with artifacts. One of the most powerful artefacts is the Dragon’s Fire Gauntlet, which king Jergintarth personally wears on his right hand at all times.
While King Jergintarth’s temperament was becoming erratic ever since he ascended to the throne, some people believe that the Gauntlets have also poisoned his mind since they were the first artefact that Jergintarth personally equipped. In a way this is true since the discovery only fuelled his search for the order.
