C3E4 - Arc I | Joonga, the Mudtown

General Summary

Our heroes make their way into the village of Joonga. A small community that thrives on farming. They first visit the Inn to get some information about the area. Inside, they see a group of four Red Guardsmen of Erriston causing a raucus. William steps in as an attempt to calm them. It only escalates things at first. 
The large boy, at 7', part giant, finally leaves. 
The bartender, Lucille, tells the three about the floods and how its ruining things for them. The three are about to go and visit the mayor when a man busts into the bar and shouts, "the flood is coming early".
