The bastard daughter of the pureblood Sirius and an unknown human lover, cassia was born in the 1376's and was born a dhampire. she was later turned in her late 20's by a vampire lover so that she would be immortal. sadly her lover and sire died due to political upheavals within 10 years of her turning. Unlike a normal young vampire she was able to thrive on her own, drifting between clans, covens, and courts, mostly due to her upbringing in her fathers court which granted her knowledge of vampire politics. She was a political creature and made many connections, including still being friendly with her father. in the early 1900's she made an unknown political blunder and was banished by the vampire regnant to the far end of the new world, in los Angeles. In los Angeles she remained distant from the rest of the vampire clan, due to a combination of the leader Kivash's aloof attitude towards her, emulated by the rest of the clan, and her depression over the banishment.
