Dragonborn and Dragons
The Dragonborn are a society spread over certain location around the world called packs, these individuals have the ability to turn into Dragons, the original beings known as Dragons are now extinct so the word Dragon is commonly used to refer to then as well unless the context indicates otherwise.
The Dragonborn are the descendant of the Dragons, when the Dragon Hunters hunt then almost to extinction, they decided to make a pact with their followers, they would give then their souls and in exchange, their followers would give then their bodies so they may hide among the humans and have better odds to survive.
Basic Information
Anatomy
The appearance of the Dragonborn are like those of a normal human, just when they decide to switch to their dragon form is when their anatomy can be differentiate, they adopt the form the Dragons used to have in the past.
The Dragons seem to have a varying physical form, no Dragon is alike any other, they tend to have a wide variety of colors and shapes, their horns and scales and other characteristic physical traits seem to be different for each one. While it is believe that the Ancient Dragons adopted an appearance based on their surrounding and the beings they dwindled with, for the Dragonborn their Dragon forms seems to adopt some of the human traits and their behavior is substantially different.
That being the case, there are several Dragon frames that Dragonborn can turn into.
The more common form of dragons, these are the ones that represent the images of what most people associate to "Dragons". With two big wings and two or four legs, a short neck, horns on its head and body and a thick tail, rough skin and wide scales. The size of this Dragons varies greatly being directly related to their age, in general a small dragon can be the size of a car white a big and ancient dragon can be as big as an airplane, thou generally speaking the standard dragon is about the size of a bus.
These types of Dragons are smaller than most others, they have way more longer wings and longer necks, thin tails and don't bare any sort of horns. Their scales are more thin, like silk to the touch and can reflect light easily. The Wyvern is a type of Dragon that has adopted to fly at incredible fast speeds
The Drakes are wingless dragons, they move on their fours extremities and are the most strong of the Dragons in terms of raw strength. Their heads have horns that go thru their back ending at their tail, they do not have scales but rather a rough skin similar to some reptiles.
These Dragons habit mostly the Asian continent, their bodies are long like a snake, despite not having wings, they fly by naturally generating a light gas within the blood of their bodies, adding to their rather light weight, this grants these dragons the capability to flight on the sky, however when they do, they seems to be swirling across the sky following the air current rather than planing.,They can grow hair, horns, antlers and many even several limbs having some sort of centipede appearance. While this dragon grow, they so not do it in size but rather length, the younger ones can be some fours or five meters long while the Ancient ones can be various kilometers long.
The last remaining breed of pure Dragons, these Dragons did not have the need to fuse with the humans since they live in the deeps seas and were in turn safe of the chase of the Dragon Hunters, while there are several packs roaming the seas, most of the lived within the deeps of the ocean never having any encounter with the humans.
In appearance they are similar to Longs, but are more adopted to sea living, having no limbs and adopting a fully serpent like appearance, most of them tend to be blue due to their environment.

Genetics and Reproduction
In the past, while Dragon still exits, they lay eggs to reproduced, Dragons didn't reproduce via sexual reproduction so any Dragon could lay an egg, the Dragon would enter on a state of innervation, moment in which would be vulnerable and after a couple weeks of slumber, the Dragon would lay only one egg and would take care of the baby alone. Most dragons would lay an egg every decade or so.
When the Dragons decided to live in communities together to survive the onslaught by the Dragon Hunters, they decided to assign roles of hatchers in the communities, these Dragon would take care of all the children.
Finally, when the Dragon fuse with their followers, Dragons could no longer be born from eggs, two Dragonborn would reproduce as normal humans do, and their offspring would be a baby with the soul of a Dragon, this can only happen with two Dragonborn so if a Dragonborn were to have offspring with a normal human, the result would be a normal human

Perception and Sensory Capabilities
The Dragons seem to be creatures of very strange nature, or at least that is what is believed, since the Dragons have been hiding among the humans, the modern science hasn't been able to study their bodies closely, and the only ones that could have some specimens, The Dragon Hunters, refuse to share their spoils.
None the less, for what has been observed, the Dragonborn, have various sets of capabilities in either their human or dragon form.
Perk in human form
To a Dragon, the fire breath is it most characteristic trait and in many ways its biggest pride for its breath is its primary source of power in which it can show it to others. The breath of Dragons is a varied as the Dragon themselves having a various degrees of colors and different effects with some correlation.
- Super Strength: All Dragonborn have an unreliable super strength, the Wyverns tend to be the weakest and the Drakes the strongest.
- Enhanced Senses: They can see in dark and have sensible earing and refine smell.
- Control of pulse: They can control their heart beast with some extend, this allows then to enter in trances of meditation easily.
- Breath: While their previous perks where passive and intrinsically to then, the Breath is an ability that must be learn, generally most Dragonborn learn to Breath fire before turning into Dragons for the first time.
- Transformation: The act to transform into a dragon is what defines the Dragoborn, however in order to so so a Dragonborn needs firts to come into full control of their inner dragon soul, only then would a Dragoborn be able to transform, many of them are not able to fully transform into Dragons in their early life, it is expected to be achieve about the puberty age.
- Breath: The fire of a Dragonborn in Dragon form is way more powerful than in its human form.
- Sense of Power: While this perk is present in human form, is not as strong as in Dragon form, to Dragons, power is everything a this is an extra sense for then that allows then to feel how powerful other beings are, more accurately for other Dragons.
- Healing Factor: While not being able to regenerate lost limbs, they can withstand severe physical damages such as cuts and deep stabs, it is believe that they can regenerate their internal organ should they be damage or wounded.
- Life Spam: It is uncertain if Dragoborn have long life spams or are immortal, in their human forms they seem to age at a slow pace, while it was confirmed that most old Dragons where in fact immortal, Tiamat was expected to be at least fifty thousand years old when it died, the oldest Dragoborn today is only about two hundred years old and has no signs of dying from old age. To date, most Dragoborn have meet their end via assassination mostly at the hands of the Dragon Hunters.

- Yellow Breath: the more common type of breath, it has the lower temperature of all breaths.
- Red Breath: Another common type of breath, is generally hotter than the yellow breath.
- Green Breath: A very hot flame that can still be on even in water.
- Blue Breath: One of the hottest breaths of the Dragons, it can potentially melt rocks and metals in seconds.
- Purple Breath: A extremely dangerous breath able to be on under water or ambients with little oxygen.
- Black Breath: A very rare breath, it has no heat but can produce the same type of burns that other breaths do.
- White Breath: Very rare, the flames of this breath are incredible bright so much that they can blind a human with easy.
- Rainbow Breath: A breath of different bright colorful patterns, this breath does not spread wildly but can still produce burns.
- Thunder Breath: A rare breath that allows the Dragon to expel dangerous arcs of electricity.
- Frost Breath: No Dragon currently has this breath, but there used to lived a pack of Dragons that were able to, rather than being a hot flame it was a cold burst of wind.

Sea Dragon Packs
Since the Sea Dragon do not make contact with humans, is very hard to make an estimation on the number of packs the Sea Dragons have, but is estimated that they held several packs across the different oceans in the world and that the biggest packs are located in the Atlantic and the Pacific.Gender Ideals
The Dragons were completely asexual beings, it is believe that the Ancient Dragons didn't even reproduce since they thought themselves as above all else and thus, ever lasting, however, when they encounter their mortality they began to reproduce and they decided to adopt the reproductive style of the beings they live with, more specifically, the laying of eggs.
While now the Dragonborn reproduce themselves like normal humans, they still retain that idea of asexuality the Dragons experienced, this means that for the most part, most Dragonborn don't consider themselves to be male or female, nor human nor Dragon, but rather Dragonborn. It is common for them to also not experience sexual attraction to other Dragonborn or humans and they see the reproductive acts as a mere necessity to avoid extinction. In today's world, these ideals of gender identity and gender attraction aligns the Dragonborn into the Asexual and Non-binary spectrum.

For Dragons the most important aspect for then to consider when approaching other brethren is their power, Dragons feel the power of other beings, specially Dragons and as prideful, arrogant and ambitious as they were, they seek to obtain power above all else. While the Dragonborn are able to control those reckless emotions better, they still felt the power of their brethren and thus, their social hierarchy is build based on this sense. Feral Dialect
Initially the Ancient Dragons behave and comminate like very other feral creatures of the land, by showing dominance, roaring and bitting and using their breath. Dragonborn don't believe these Ancient Dragons were able to properly understand more complex communication which was not needed since at that time, the humans had not build any civilization yet.Curiosity led to knowledge
While Tiamat was fascinating by the growing population of humans, buildings settlements and civilization, it began to learn from then, primarily their way of communication, while it is uncertain how the first attempts of communications went, it is easy to estimate that the first encounters the humans had with the Dragons were not very pleasant, none the less, the more humans developed, the more they could also understand the beings they were surrounded by, specially Dragons, Some Dragoborn believe there were some offspring of Tiamat that made successfully communication with the humans, having a close relation similar to those of a master and its dog.First Relations
By the time the humans were spread around the globe and their civilizations had grown exponentially many Dragons began to have closer relation with some humans, to the point of establishing close ties with them, while humans have the incredible gift of voice, Dragon had a similar perk, using their purring and roaring as ways to communicate, body languages and expression on their faces were also used, it is believe the Dragons acquired a great level of self consistencies and rationality on this era and let them to become more communal entities, when the Dragon Followers started to gather, the Dragon mastered this form of communication creating the first pseudo Dragon tongue that would be known.The Dragon Tongue
While the Dragon followers were spread around the world, each Dragon leader would used its inherent dragon communication to make an standard language within their domain, this meant that each pack of Dragon Followers would effectively use a different Dragon Tongue, this does not produce many complication since the Dragon Followers were very spread out around the world and had little contact with each other. When the Dragons almost came to extinction at the Hands of the Dragon Hunters, a group of Dragons decided to do one more final attempt to save themselves by fusing with their followers, now Dragons became Dragoborn and they had the ability to comminate with their voices, at this moment they decided to unify the Dragon Dialect and create the official Dragon Tongue, a language comprehensible both in Dragon and in Human form, having two ways of expressions on each, in Dragon, the individual would uses different tones of purrs and roars, using prolonge intervals and accents and in their Human form they would use their voice instead. For Dragons, they only had one goal in mind and that was to become to strongest Dragon, and that desire is what has caused their downfall in many occasions. For the Ancient Dragons, they were so pride about themselves that they never considered any other being as worthy to then, but the early humans soon showed to them what determination could achieve, they were unable to understand how weak beings with so short spamming lives could oppose a threat to then, but when they finally did, they were so arrogant that they refuse to change their behavior or to look for another options, only Tiamat, the Mother Dragon was able to understand that,Cunning, Relentless, adaptable
Even if the Children of Tiamat still hold into the old habit of powerlust, they would understand that they were not the strongest being in the planet and they in turn would look for ways to achieve that, either via cunningness or relentlessness, they would use other Dragons or even humans to achieve that, strucking deals with then or terrorizing them so they would server them. They would prove to be adaptable to each situation and to plan ahead of the situation to have the bigger chances of success.Deterministic, faithful, wishfull
The biggest clash of the Dragons ideals came when they fuse with the humans, suddenly two completely different beings that felt and saw the world in two different ways unite, their emotions and their thoughts. The Dragoborn are considered to have all the properties of the Dragons as well as the Humans, both the good and the bad and this often time means a severe clash of internal emotions. In their human form Dragoborn also experience the emotions the Dragons do, however, this emotions tend to be much more strong and in certain ways, express very differently. At the same time when a Dragonborn is in its Dragon form, his mind is also flooded with human emotions, fear, doubt, calmness, this emotions clashed in their mind causing the Dragonborn to potentially felt itself powerless. All this conflicts in emotions can potentially make a Dragoborn very emotionally unstable and can have negative perception in both forms, in humans forms is presented as a strong sensation of sadness or depression or bipolar disorders while in Dragon form the Dragonborn becomes enrage and lost any control and capability to rationalize becoming effectively a feral creature. Because of all these, Dragoborn then to meditate a lot, they become very disciplined and adopt a rigorous life style in which they need to control their own emotions, thus adopting a calm attitude most of the time, thanks to this they are to maintain full mental and physical capabilities in their dragon form.History

According to the legends of Tiamat, Dragons are not originally form this world, it is believe they came to our planet some time around fifty thousand years ago and it is uncertain if they traveled from the space landing on earth due to its rich natural resources or that they came to this planet traveling from a some sort of wormhole that formed at some moment, what ever the case, the intentions of the Dragons were to remain in here and roam this land.The Feral age (50.000BC-12.000BC)

Tiamat is to be believe the mother of all Dragons, while there were more dragon around it at the time, Tiamat was the first dragon to adapt to its environment in order to survive, by this time the early human civilization were growing more and more and were presenting an ever present threat to the Dragons, they could not understand how a weak being was able to defeat them, Tiamat was the first to understand that the unification of humans were the trait that grant then advantage over them, one of the reasons was due to the capability of the humans to learn and to transfer that knowledge to their future generations. While the old Ancient Dragons were dying one by one in their arrogance and recklessness, Tiamat and their offspring were thriving, they began to roam the lands and expand ever more, many of its children would came into early contact with various humans, which Tiamat was marveled to see how fast they expand over the world, Tiamat would died early on this era after a clash with a mythical human with great powers called Marduk, a member of the Sumerian Civilization. While the death of their "mother" was felt by all its offspring, it barely caused any tantrum on the Dragons, they were in various ways, like the Ancient Dragons, arrogant, prideful and reckless, however, they were able to also learn, change and adapt and many of then began to have more closer relations with the humans, learning from them a way to communicate using sounds.The born of myth and legends (500BC-1100AC)

A movement in the Baltic region known as the Crusades, create the first organization that would later be known as the Dragon Hunters. Dragon Slayers existed before, but apart from a small hero of the past or a groups of adventures dwelling in a dungeon, no group of humans existed with the sole purpose to slay dragons. This war would end in the Battle of Saule, where the Crusaders fought against the Legendary Dragon Jörmungandr, possibly the greatest Dragon ever to exist. This war was devastating for the dragons, some time at the end of the XIII century, most dragons decided to migrate off Europe escaping the Crusaders in the process, Asia and the Middle East were the most common destinations.The Followers of the Dragons (1400AC-1700AC)
While escaping the wrath of the Crusaders, the Dragons also used their power over the pity humans to command then, this humans that follow and obey the orders of the dragons would be called the Followers of the Dragons, they would created big and prosperous societies, although most Dragons were ruthless rulers, some were more benevolent and they offer then protection in exchanged of servitude. One of the most popular Followers of the Dragons were the Republic of Novgorod, when the Dragon Fafnir protect them against the hordes of the mongols. The threat of the Crusaders were always present in Europe, but outside of if, most Dragons thrive and grow prosperous, establishing more communities of Followers of the Dragons.The Second War against the man (1600AC-1800AC)
After years of absence of the Crusaders, the Dragons found themselves in a stable position, unfortunately, that peace would soon be over. At the XVII century, the Crusaders establish themselves as a secret society in most of the inner circlets of the monarchies of Europe, most notably, the British monarchy and the Portuguese, using their influence over the East India Company, they were able to wage the war against the Dragons outside of Europe, just as the first war, this war proved to bee too costly for the Dragons, hundreds of then were slay. By the end of the XVIII Century the end of the war came not especially by the defeat of the Crusader, but by the collapsed of the massive organization, it had grow so big, so corrupt and inefficient that it collapse completely. dissolving into many smaller organizations.The ones that follow the tradition of Dragon Slaying now called themselves the Dragon Hunters. When the second war ended, the Dragons find themselves in a pity position, they were small as they ever were and it seems that they would no longer be the dominant force they once were. This time came with a lot of civil conflict among the Followers of the Dragons across Europe, Middle East and Asia. The dragons were in an spiral of decadence.The Fusing (1800AC)
Around the XIX Century, everything seemed dark for the Dragons, it seems that their time on earth was about to end, then a group of 4 dragons and 4 humans decided to unite all the squabbling communities of followers, and proposed an idea that could save all the Dragons, the Fusing, using the teachings of the Dragon Fafnir, the group did the first ever fusing of Dragons and Humans and created the race of the Dragonborn. This act came with great revolt among the community and only a small group follow this practices, but after the growing threat of the return of the Dragon Hunters, many communities would inevitably fuse with their followers. The last Dragons that decided to don't fuse were quickly slayed by the Dragon Hunters once they start operations again, Is believed that a small group of last Dragons went to the South pole as the last resort to surviving.The Dragonborn (1800AC-Present)
Today, the community of Dragonborn had grow to increasing numbers, reaching more than one hundred thousand Dragoborn, a staggering difference considering Dragons never achieve a number close to one ten thousand before. This new kin have found themselves in a rather comfortable but stale position, while they are let alone for the most part they are also excluded by various other societies of the world, until very recently, they had been able to unite The League of Heroes under the status of Autonomous Societies, this had grant then more relations with humans in general, however, the conflict with their old rivals, the Dragon Hunters is still present.Historical Figures

The Serpent Dragons are one of the many species of Dragons that went extinct, since they habit the continent of America mostly, by the time the Dragon Hunters came to the Americas in the XIV century, these Dragons didn't knew about this order and thus, couldn't properly fight back. The only recording known about this lost Dragons are the legends attributed to them by the inhabitants of the Americas, more especially, the Aztecs and their god Quetzalcoatl or the Mayas and their God Kukulkan. The appearance of these Dragons is to be believe of long serpent like creature with extending wings, adopting also feathers and having vivid colors.
