The Chart of Rights.

"..It is only when we stand together, as one, that we can bring Calbria into a new age. The third golden age. One which is just, rich and everlasting!" - Jelvatar Terralt II nd.
The Chart of Rights was signed by Jevaltar Terralt II nd. near the end of the third year of The civil war of Rights. The document lied the foundation for the end of the war and promised a better and just future for the whole of Calbria.

Changes

The Charts of Rights is separated into three main categories. Each category focuses on a specific aspect which has arisen before and during the war. It takes it under a general name, introduces a main law and follows with a list of minor laws which help further define and solidify the changes made by the chart of rights. This structure was created to help better work in everyone's best interest.

Prepositions

The first point from the chart of rights focused on the distinction between the two continents forming the empire of Calbria. Most notably the chart added the prepositions of "Eastern" and "Western", thus creating the continent of Eastern Calbria and Western Calbria. This important distinction was the foundation for all laws to follow in the chart of rights, as it helped avoid the dangers of generalization in various royal decrees, regulations and so forth.
"..From here onward the two continets making the whole of the empire of Calbria will be recognized respecftully as Eastern Calbria and Western Cablria. And while our homes will bare different names, we shaw all be recognized as one and the same, as calbrians. And as such we shaw work together with a shared love for our empire and hope for our future.."

Recognition

The second point from the charts of rights focused on the recognition and consequently recognition of The Silver Tribes . Most notably this point earned the tribes an official legal recognition in the face of the empire. Furthermore, they gained a place within the imperial court, giving them a level of influence on certain matters of importance. The recognition stretched beyond specifically the Silver Tribes and into the realm of the minorities residing within the empire, as an attempt to avoid a second civil war.
"..Our empire shines with colorful treads arriving from all across Nivamor. We see them and we recognize them not only as a part of the whole, but as individuals. The stones that shape what we call home.."

Basic human rights

The third part from the chart of rights focused on perhaps the most important aspect of the whole conflict and document, the basic human rights. While the previous two categories did touch upon the topic of human rights, this category of the chart focused entirely on re-writing the basic human rights a person who is located within the territory of Calbria has. The arrival of this category immediately faced heated debates, as it was seen as unnecessary. However, it helped solidify the hierarchy within the empire and thus was consequentially accepted by the vast majority. The category was sealed from change upon the first days of its initial release.
".. There is undoubtably a great importance in resolidifying and maintaining the structure our great empire is. Thus it is only fair that there is a writen law outlining everyones place within this mighty structure! A document which tells a man of his rightfull place within our society and guides him into what he must do if he wishes to exist within our borders.."
