Additional Information

Uses, Products & Exploitation

Water buffalo are used as draft animals, beasts of burden, and sources of dairy. As draft animals, they are the ideal choice in semiaquatic or muddy conditions, such as rice paddies, due to their large hooves and flexible foot joints. They are primarily used as beasts of burden to transport the crops they helped grow.   If they develop enough magical energy, their magical abilities can be useful for watering crops.   Their horns are used to make jewelry and insturments; they are also sometimes prized as hunting trophies. Their hides can be used as leather.
Body Tint, Colouring and Marking
Water buffalo are born with black or grey skin, but as they absorb more water magic, their skin turns blue.
