Sein Eisen Foundries

Purpose / Function

A place for the followers of Sein Eisen to practice their specific form of worship of The Almighty.

Alterations

The floor plan the prophet laid out, like his prayer regimens, is considered more of a guideline, to be adapted to best serve the individual. The space available must be taken into account, and the material available.

Architecture

Typically occupying a footprint of 10,000 sq. ft.(100x 100) and only consisting of a single floor and basement level, the foundries are not often impressive buildings. And while the prophet did say the walls should be built of plain oak, oak is not always available. One foundry in the slums of the capital city of Brust stands four stories tall, and is made of wattle and dob. Windy days see the entire structure sway precariously.

History

The original floor plan of the Forges were laid out by the prophet, Die Eiche and has seen very little variation in the last thousand years. Immediately inside the the entrance is the Schmied's pulpit, where you can consult with him about your daily prayers and receive your locker key for the day. Find your locker behind the pulpit and store all you brought in with you, including your clothes. As The Almighty made you, you must make yourself. Now you may enter the hall.
Inside, you will find all the equipment you need to build your body to its peak. Squat racks, benches, plates and dumbbells of every size. Apprentice Schmeide will be there to guide you through your daily prayers, usually split into leg, arm, and core absolutions. Most absolutions last about an hour, at which point you will retire to the basements. There you will find cooling pools and an apprentice tending to the sacred whey root. This apprentice will also give you your communion. Once you've had a good soak in the pools, you'll be sent on your way. Reclaim your effects from and leave knowing you are following in The Almighty's footstep. As he made you, you must make yourself.
