Steven wanted just a normal life where he avoided the bullies of the world and got along with the things he enjoyed. Unfortunately, he got himself thrust into the supernatural world very suddenly at the age of eleven, and it's been downhill from there.
Full of charisma and charm, knows the exact right thing to say in the exact right moment. Can lead to him coming off as quite cocky and 'in your face', as he will tell everything to you either incredibly straight or dripping with sarcasm.
Can be very cynical, a bit of a jerk, but isn't a total ass. He cares so deeply about his family and friends, he just struggles to express that in a normal way so tries to deflect and make a joke out of everything. Unless it's in private or he's gotten a bit tipsy.
Physical Description
Body Features
A very round, stout guy, with a big gut. Not very tall at all.
Short, thick legs that are surprisingly quite muscular around the calves.
Facial Features
Round, rosy cheeks, covered in freckles. Always has a layer of stubble around his face, heavily on his upper lip, blending his chinstrap beard into the rest of his face.
Small, pale blue eyes. Left one was 'lazy', occasionally drifts a little out of focus now and then. Thick black framed glasses with red arms, which magnify his eyes.

Special abilities
Shapeshifter - can turn into a large Tamworth pig at will. Can also alter certain aspects of his body without fully transforming. Mostly uses it to give himself sharp tusks that get him out of an issue quickly. Also has an enhanced sense of smell and hearing due to this.
Apparel & Accessories
Wears a lot of black graphic t-shirts as they are the comfiest thing in the world to him. Usually paired with a red plaid shirt. Most iconic t-shirt has a logo of a green alien face on it.
Dark jeans, either black, grey or blue. Usually torn somewhere, whether stylistically or from general wear-and-tear is anyone's guess.
Always wearing a black wristband on each arm. Long time comfort item, the slight tension helps keep him grounded.
Battered green Converse hightops that he's had for years. Bright pink laces on the left, bright blue laces on the right.

Mental Trauma
Struggles with depression daily, often indulging in his vices to get himself through it. Has major self-confidence issues due to negative past relationships, but overcompensates by coming off incredibly cocky and obnoxious.

Has a bit of a drinking habit. He tries to stay aware of how much he's having, but when he's at his lowest, it's a major comfort.
This also applies to food. Tends to snack a lot as a distraction from negative thoughts.

Has such low self-confidence that it cancels itself out and he comes across as overly confident with a massive ego. He's very into the 'fake it 'til you make it' idea. Paired with a perfect kind of charisma, he can usually charm people to his side.
His etiquette on the other hand is...bad. He swears a lot and has plenty of messed up, weird stories to tell that aren't exactly appropriate in 'polite' society.
Mannerisms
Swears a lot. Has to really focus to censor himself most of the time.
Gestures quite harshly with his hands when he's angry.
Speech
Has a deeper voice than you would expect (though not by much), but sounds just as nasally as you'd think. Kinda rough, very neutral accent that dips into a stronger South Wales Valleys accent on certain words.
Best idea for his type of voice is somewhere between Nick Helm and James Acaster.
