Mountain Spring Gardens Apartments

One of the player characters (to be decided at our first game) is the owner of the Mountain Spring Gardens Apartment Complex. Where the complex got its name is beyond anyone's recollection as there are certainly no mountains, springs or gardens anywhere nearby. The income from and expenses to maintain the apartment building barely even out, and ownership of the apartments is hardly profitable. If anything, ownership of this building is a responsibility. You might even call it a burden. Maybe it's right to take care of these residents, though.

The building is six stories tall, featuring ground and basement level parking for guests and residents, five stores of eight apartments each, communal washers and driers on each floor, two elevators and a small community area on the roof.

One can assume that when the building was initially constructed that may have been a nice place to live. Over the years the building has changed owners several times and some management has cared more than others about the well being and comfort of their residents. Still, the Mountain Spring Gardens Apartments are quite an improvement over squatting, and they're far from the worst place to live in Night City.
