Cresana is a world torn by an age old question, "If we can, shouldn't we?" A planet caught in an unusual conflux of gamma particles creates consequences for it's inhabitants. The 12 seasons of the Year are marked and hailed by the Duodecad. They are celebrated planetwide. That said, a large sect of the church resides in St. Mon and they are occult. Approximately ever 10 years, the planet undergoes a strange influx of energy. Magic users of Cresana long sought the cause of the phenomena. Not only does this time bring demons from the rifts that remain from the Banishment, but it is also a time when growth is abundant in all forms, for man and beast alike. It can either be a time of Sacred Harvest Or Grim Famine.   It was not until the Year 592 PB (Pre Banishment), that scholars learned that the phenomena coincided with the Arrival of the Saints. Across the Planet at natural ley-lines, a Saint will arrive to bless the Local House. This event is presided by the Church and is considered Sacred. Saints are individuals that arrive from across different planes of existence. All Saints are taken from time itself, as a way of reincarnation. They come from the past and try to help in whatever they excelled it. These Saints are people who have passed on from their previous lives and remained in Limbo. The Ascension and Arrival Process is MOST Sacred and currently, the Church(Cult) of Xenophonos is disregarding sacred laws to gain influence and long life.   Important Facts: The Zodiac is absolutely real. They are not Deities, even if they are worshipped as such. Think of them like Ascended Mages who excel at particular skills.   Xenophonos is not real, unlike the Pantheon, he was created by man for the purposes of controlling man. The creation of Xenophonos is a rare topic but blasphemy in current circles of the Church. His inclusion to the Pantheon puts him above the rest of the group as Master of the Duodecad. Without him, all the Zodiac to their own status'.   This is a globe and it still does experience the turn of the seasons, the seasonal events are are follows: Wintertide, Maytime, Midsummer, Autumn.
