Nexus

The world of Nexus features an Earth-like climate, though it is roughly 3x the size of Earth. It lies at a crossroads in the Planes, making travel between realms a simple matter and causing portals to open spontaneously, allowing otherworldly creatures to wander the lands. This also makes Nexus something of a target, as villains constantly seek to establish a foothold and use Nexus as a staging ground for their plans of conquest across the realms.   This database is a constant work in progress and some older information is still being updated retroactively.
