A strange letter

Good day, agent.

After a long time of silence, network once again needs your help. We have been working at a new diving method, as well as uncovering more of the network. Are you ready to dive back into the network?

Soon, I will start working at network again. I am planning to create a more detailed guide and explanation for diving devices, as well as network drones. I also want to establish some of the factions outside of network. I want to expand the world within network a bit more, and actually add some files to put in the cubes found in 20:21:03.
