Netherworld

"Netherworld," An uncommon way to say "Hell," or, "The Underworld". The Netherworld is about the size of its own planet and is located snuggly inside the sun, with a dark magic barrier keeping the already burnt to a crisp demons and heat resistant robots and androids from burning to ash. The original fallen angel, which is only referred to as "The Devil" has been dealing with the power-hungry demons wanting to become rulers, and massive threats to the Netherworld and him, like "The Lord," (Which usually ends in the devil having to banish him away while they're both exhausted and beaten to a pulp by each other) and the "Crimson Family," until most of the family died in an explosion and he was chained up deep inside the Netherworld. Ever since he was chained up, the world has had a decent balance of suffering and crime to the advancement in technology and living a happy life.   The Netherworld was very similar to your average depiction of hell until the year 2000, where a colossal blast caused by the gods was casted on their earth (known as "Magiaterre"). The blast gave almost everyone magical and fantasy abilities, which caused many crimes and deaths. Because of this, hell couldn't keep up with the pain of every new person, so they made a new world accessed only by the dead.   The current time is 2025, and a team from Netherworld, consisted of demons, a few robots, and two time anomalies fused together, form portals onto Magiaterrae to solve the world's biggest question, "what happens to us after we die?"
