Special abilities
She possesses the Ghoul Contract which is a Contract that allows the user to remove one's soul from their body. While she uses it, she is immortal, even to the point that she may voluntarily remove limbs and other body parts while her soul is still conscious. She often is seen to puppet her body whilst it is active, as well.
Specialized Equipment
Her scythe she wields is known as "The Equalizer", which is a scythe that is magically imbued to allow her to not only inflict physical pain on her targets, but also allows her to sap them of their magical energy, as well.

Education
Bianca graduated from the Marines Military Academy in Madlock at the age of 22, a standard age for most graduates of the academy. Her levels of intelligence reaches above average with the capabilities of an advanced ability of probability and inference. She also has the aptitude to improvise battle plans for both seafaring and ground operations.
Employment
Before joining the Marines Military Academy in Madlock, Bianca worked as an assistant for a blacksmith in Gemlock. It was when there was a pirate raid upon the city that she mobilized a rag tag militia to assume a makeshift defense to repel them back through treating the battle like metallurgy, slow and steady and evening out the holes, was when she was recommended by the responding navy personnel to join the academy with a scholarship.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Under her belt at her first appearance of battle with Gemlock, she received several service medals for her bravery under pressure, and to the protection of innocent lives. One of her most recent achievements was the Battle of Rudy, in which Viktor-Rot Silkmen pirates threatened Rudy's safety. Despite her command over Marines, she was the only available Admiral within the vicinity. Being at a severe disadvantage, and a Contract that was even at a harsher hinderance, she managed to win the battle with a level of leadership that can only be described as "Just like her great-great-great grand pappy".

Bianca's motivation is simply to keep the land of Forexia safe. "People call it complacent to have a large striving goal. But sometimes, being simple is just as effective."
Savvies & Ineptitudes
Bianca is very good at dissolving vocal arguments, especially with other Admirals and high rank officers that do their best to try and get under each others' nerves. With that in mind, she tends to find the worst possible jobs that each of her soldiers are terrible at.

Virtues & Personality perks
Despite her high rank, she does not hold it with an iron will as most of the Admirals (except against Jason Bassett... fuck that guy). She is willing to get her hands dirty and get herself in the fray.
Personality Quirks
She seems to always be smirking, even in times of distress of when it is inappropriate. Some believe this to be a side effect of the use of her Contract.
Relationships
History
The two of these admirals have been fueding since their time in the Marines Military Academy. It first began when the two were matched to duel one another, Bianca defeated him after hard battle between the two. However, Jason misinterpreted her good sportsmanship as patronizing him, and instantly lashed out in anger. The normally good-willed Bianca was put on the defensive as she was physically assaulted by him and engage in a skirmish with him... this landed them both a week on latrine duty... with a toothbrush a piece... with no bristles.
