Neon Void A Dark Cyberpunk World
After the events of WWIII and the slow destruction of earth, only wasteland and terror remained. In their desperation, humans built giant cities from the scraps of what was left behind.
Origins and borders no longer matter; only survival.
One of the greatest cities to spawn from the ashes of the world before it, was Dolorem: The Black City. Located in the leftovers of Northeastern United States, Dolorem is both a haven and hell for it's inhabitants. 17 years after the completion of Dolorem, something ancient was awakened beneath the city, causing the event known as The Pulse. A wave of otherworldly energy pulsed through the world. Most were unaffected, some were killed, while others were gifted with strange and dangerous abilities. Those who received their gift were called Abyssal.
Now, 3 years after The Pulse, the people of Dolorem are beginning to see a shift in the tides of power and control, as secrets are exposed in both the political world, and the shadows which scurry in every corner of the Black City.
