Due to the fact that a Taraisha exist in the blank spaces of Neon Moon Memories they intercept a lot of static from other dimensions. The static is actually the entertainment and writings that were created in other dimensions. Writers are responsible of collecting, decoding, and storing this static so that it may be used for entertainment purposes
