The Declaration of Independence from the Peoples of Cerzgia

The first official document produced within Cerzgia to Declare its freedoms. Incredibly valuable and is held in the Aissur Museum in Faully City.
Official History and Statement of the United States of Cerzgia's Official Declaration of Independence
The USC was formed through a series of conflicts and rebellions that happened over a 500 year period. This time is known as the Union Period (1010 ECE-1523 ECE). The three major conflicts that were seen during this time was the Native Purge, the 2nd Angulus-Permese War, and the Foreign Wars.
The first conflict would last from 1012 ECE (Two years after the initial start of the Union Period) to 1071 ECE. This particular conflict would see the decimation of around 128 different cultures from the Cerzgian continent. Many moved inland to the Shroom desert or to the North to modern-day East Morale.
The next major conflict was the 2nd Angulus-Permese War. This conflict would be one of the most destructive conflicts since the 1st Angulus-Paremese War over a 1,000 years prior. The war lasted from 1185 ECE to 1315 ECE and would be one of the most divisive wars in history and would determine the future of Cerzgia. The Angulus emerged one the higher end, although the war never truly amounted to a full winner as both sides were aimed at completely eliminating the others influence from the continent. The Permese still occupied much of the South East including the Arullan Peninsula, Peralian Plains, Permian Bay, and all of the Shroom Desert.
The third major conflict happened almost immediately after the previous. Called "The Foreign War", this war was sparked because of an event known as "The Cerzgian Division". That happened in 1316 and sparked a war that lasted over 200 years.
The colonies established there began to become more and more rebellious, however, the constant presence of their rulers never saw the Revolution that many were anticipating. The Cerzgia governments were becoming scrambled across which Angulus Powers controlled which states/districts. Many were switching or evolving their loyalty. Shortly after the 2nd Angulus-Permese War, the Union was dissolved and now the countries were debating and arguing over which settlement belonged to who. This sparked the Foreign War. From 1317-1523. This conflicted would be fought across much of the the Cerzgian continent, the North Ocean, and the Angulus Landmass itself.
In 1451 ECE, much of the Cerzgian Mainland was under Malahagan Rule. They understood that a majority of the settlements had began to change loyalty because of the unfair treatment from its Angulus Rulers. The Republic of Malahagan would try to keep is influence across the Cerzgian coasts. but the settlements were already beginning to band. One settlement had already conjured a militia, however, not under the banner of any of the Powers. in 1498, the ROM would see a decline in naval power by the Angsi Union and the Jhala'n Autocracy. The Malahagans could not keep their full influence over Cerzgia and the military and naval presence began to dwindle. In 1509, the governments of Cerzgia would begin to have meetings regarding the demands of the people. An independent nation. On Lakuay 6, 1509 ECE, the first official document was completed and signed by 69 different people. It was reviewed over and sent to the Angulus Union (the Republic of Malahgan specifically as they were the biggest in the region) and the Permese, as they were stationed and maintained a persistently less formidable influence over the region. The document was originally declined by all of the powers it was sent to, but over the course of the next few years; more and more nations would formerly accept the Declaration and recognize the growing nation of the USC.
On Apreel 3rd, 1509, the Permese had launched an invasion force of around 60 ships. However, the defected states had already planned for such an occurrence and conjured a total Eastern Fleet of 140 ships (possibly believing a higher force to be sent.) Because the Cerzgians had planned for the battle, the Bay of Permia was fortified and several hundred mines were placed at the exterior of the bay. The tides were also used to the advantaged of the Eastern Fleet using the inward tide to help lure the enemy into the death trap that the bay contained, and then the the outward tide to force the enemy back on to themselves, making them a much bigger, more vulnerable target to destroy. The resulting battle saw the sinking of around 80 ships. The complete decimation of the Perman Navy and capturing of an entire regiment of infantry for a mainland invasion. Only 18 Cerzgian ships were sunk at the battle and all 64 Perman ships were captured/destroyed.
The battle would be known as "the Triumph of Permia"
The Republic of Malahagan had only sent a 16 ship force, it was only to deliver a message. Because Angulus had erupted into an internal war, they simply didn't have the man power to fight a war on two fronts. The full message was delivered in "the Angulus Reasoning Pact" or the "Angulus-Cerzgian Mutual Trade Pact" that stated all the rules of trade, commerce, foreign relations, government, borders (North Sea) and future plans.Purpose
The Cerzgian Deceleration of Independence serves the purpose as fermenting the seeds that is now modern day Cerzgia.
It was made as the official document sent to the Angulus Powers and the Greater Perman State as the official claim for independent rule across the entire continent.
It was prompted by the majority of the population and was put into action by the state leaders and defected diplomats of the 9 separate territories which would soon became states.

The unfair treatment of the Angulus Powers and the high taxation and Autocratic rule of the Permese prompted for a united statehood across the continent, later absorbing Percy Island and Coral Island chain. Because of the three previous major conflicts before on the continent. The coral islands were later inducted as part of Pisces and East Morale. Percy Island was considered federal territory and voted as such by the people. The only other instance of this occuring was in 1790 when the USC inducted the Island of Bazkhalan as federal territory for prison inmates and possibly a Gyrolaun Black Site.
Over the next 2 years since its initial signing, a series of separate invasion attempts by Perman Military and ROM Navy would be conducted. But the newly united Cerzgian states were able to repel the invasions. ROM would have been a more formidable force if the Foreign War had not been in full force. The Permese were possibly dealing with internal conflicts and border problems across the Perpaulian Mountains and Hykwo River. This set of events had set the perfect time for the USC to officially obtain its independence from its former rulers, rather by force, or reluctantly by its neighbors.

This is the first official governmental document that was certified by the new Cerzgian government. Most other government documents encompassing the Rights, or the virtues of life in Cerzgia, are referred back to the Deceleration of Independence.
Publication Status
The document is quite public. The rights and values stated upon it are the basis of average Cerzgian life.
Legal status
The rights stated in the Deceleration of Independence are valid to all citizens of Cerzgia and animals recognized as officially part of the Cerzgian ecosystem. No being is above the law and no classification may evade it.
Historical Details
Background
The document had mixed reactions from those it was sent to. Much of the Angulus were already preoccupied with their own Foreign War. The ROM had already taken control of most of Angulus controlled Cerzgia, so many nations involved didn't pay much attention to the document, and considered the land a lost cause. The ROM had already began to release its grip on the land, so they weren't surprised at the word that the land they fought for had wanted independence. They did establish a strong relationship though a historical meeting in the Moral Sea. The Permese actually took the Declaration to the extreme and conjured an initial invasion fleet of 60 ships, likely thinking that the newly formed Cerzgian government had a very minuscule fleet. The Permese fleet was very small for a number of reasons.
1.) They likely thought the Cerzgian East Fleet would be to small to put up an actual fight and the land invasion wouldn't see to much opposition.
2.) Perhaps to overconfident that the entire baby state would fall completely under Permese rule within a few weeks.
3.) Internal issues from revolutionaries and the Perpaulian Peoples in the south. This is a huge reason in why a full force was not sent to the Cerzgian coasts. These Permese were with border disputes with Perpaulia. The Zonal River had recently flooded, making the river an un reliable border line. The Permese, perhaps paranoid or defensive, stacked much of their naval fleet in the river.
4.) A recent threat of attack by the Veces People's Republic (VPR) had prompted for a defensive to be set around the northern areas of Perma, spreading the recently weakened army thin in a paranoid defensive position.
5.) Perhaps the plans of the Invasion of Arulla had already been developed and the initial fleet wasn't a total failure, but the first step to the Permese sights on Cerzgia.
After the Triumph of Permia, another invasion fleet was sent and the Dark Hours happened. After 4 years of bitter conflict between the two sides, the battles began to slowly dwindle the tide of war began to turn in Cerzgian favor.
The USC held out against the Perman War machine, and the country was united under its own banner.
However it may be, the The Declaration of Independence from the Peoples of Cerzgia had caused a great change in the future of the world, and different relations with nations and people all around the globe.
History
The document held most of the modern day Cerzgian Rights and prompted the push for Independence across all of Cerzgia.
Legacy
This document started the Permese invasions of South East Cerzgia. It is a national treasure currently held in Aissur Museum Faully City. It sparked the creation of a new new nation and the freedom of many, many people.
This document helped in the formation of the USC, history would be on a much different course with it.

The document is to last until a better one is ratified. This is the Deceleration of Independence, not a coupon.
Deceleration of Independence of the Peoples of Cerzgia
We the united peoples, equivalent in all manners, declare our Independence from all powers across the world. The United States of Cerzgia is a nation that supports the laws of freedom for all peoples in, and across the world. Our people shall be beholden to no foreign power and shall experience the freedom that every being shall have. Every Cerzgian Citizen has the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The citizens shall abide to the laws given forth by their government. The government shall be upheld to the highest standard based on the word of the peoples it holds.
An open-minded, free country is the ultimate standard for and by the people of Cerzgia. We are a democratic nation that must listen to the feedback given, and better the quality of life. All other beings across the expanse of the Cerzgian land are subject to the same freedom all animals should experience. The United Cerzgian Federal Government is upholden to protect those whom reside within its borders and shall not tolerate the tampering of foreign powers.
The states of the nation have experienced unfair treatment and false truths across its existence by other external nations. The leaders of whom are not held accountable as those they are the superior to. The branches and leaders of the Cerzgian Government shall, and will be, held accountable and take the responsibility of any action taken in their name. The people have the right to the freedom of speech and the freedom of the press. The people have the right to open communication to its government. The people have voting responsibilities and shall be allowed to state their opinion. The people have the right to practice any religion they choose, openly and freely. The people have the right to assembly and petition. Every citizen has the right to due process of law, the freedom from self-incrimination, for the possession of animals in a well-regulated state, right to protest and right to order. Every citizen has the right to medical care and education.

This is what I made to show the history of the country's Independence. The Deceleration is just a fottnote in the entire history of the societies that have developed. I am very proud of the story that developed that led up to the eventual succession of the Cerzgian governments. More to come. The story isn't done.
