Forest Elves

Forest elves are the elves born in some forest. There are multiple cultures of forest elves and they are generally peaceful with one another.
Forest elves have a standing tradition allowing other forest elves to permanently move to another culture of forest elves.
Forest elf names tend to include more 'ae's and 'l's and make use of apostrophes to separate diphthongs and clarify pronunciation. They tend to be multi-syllable and some names can be shortened to create a nickname.
