Material Characteristics

Vertij is a plant that grows up in stems, instead of leaves, they have small blue tendrils of seemingly delicate fibers that seem to hang in the air at a glance. The plant itself typically blooms with light grey flowers in mid-summer.

Physical & Chemical Properties

Belonging to the same family as the shadeleaf, the stems of the plant have a gaseous substance within them that is sometimes released when the plant stems are broken. The substance is highly disorienting, but does not cause any harm to most living things by itself.
