Vigerex

The Vigarex is a monster rarely seen, but regardless of this the shapeshifting beast remains on the lips of many through the land as it's presence in the forests has been told and passed down through the centuries as warnings to travelers on the road. "Don't trust her, don't trust her pleas for protection." These words are usually the last thing the Vigarex's prey think of as they realise what they mean. As what initially appears to travelers as a woman in distress, seeking protection from something out to get her, will stick with its new found prey until the moonlight, where the beast unveils its true intentions, murdering and consuming the party for its own sustinance only to then move back into the forest to await more unsuspecting travelers.
