An area of land on the northwestern edge of mainland Rayas. Large patches of unithabitable land with valuable resources means that the population of the area is on the smaller side and generally located closer to the rest of the mainland.
Even though Kerns is the capital city, all settlements work closely to make one large community with taxation going towards funding and developing all places within their borders.
