Realm of the Keep

The Realm of the Keep is a section of land on the southeastern shores of Rayas. It is under the control of Lorkeep which serves as it's capital city.
The towns are free to operate independently and have their own areas of influence, they pay a tax to Lorkeep in return for the maintaining of political borders and assistance with any threats or dangers within them.
